Valentina Schaffner

My professional journey has been quite diverse. I started out at my family’s travel agency, where I learned first-hand what that world entails. Later, I moved into retail as a product assistant: imports, purchasing, catalog creation, sales, and client/store development. That experience showed me the fast-paced rhythm of the sector, which I would encounter again years later.

Two years later, I joined Fábricas Nacionales de Cerveza, where I worked in marketing with the entire portfolio of brands, from soft drinks to beer. Later, I moved into the commercial area: first as Events Manager, gaining experience in production and negotiation for nationwide events. Then I had the opportunity to serve as Commercial Manager, first for craft brands and then for the company’s premium portfolio. That stage gave me a global view of marketing, sales, and trade marketing for leading brands.

Over time, I decided to take a new path and, together with Amanda, we created a communication studio focused on the commercial and communication needs of our partners.
I firmly believe that communication is key for any company: not only outward, but also
inward. My experience has proven that good internal communication can transform teams
and truly make a difference.

Amanda Brito del Pino Mouro

I began my career in 2009 in the Accounts Department at Punto Ogilvy Advertising Agency. At that time, I worked for major brands such as Banco Santander, Grupo Disco (Disco,Devoto, and Géant), Unilever, La Tele, and Fábricas Nacionales de Cerveza, among others.

In 2011, I decided to shift my focus by joining the Marketing team at Fábricas Nacionales de Cerveza (ABInbev). There, I grew through different positions, from assistant and managerial roles in marketing to leading, together with the executive team, the company’s strategic planning and mid- to long-term innovation development.

In 2017, I chose to start a new journey as an independent consultant in Marketing and Communication, collaborating with multiple local and international companies.
I have also been a lecturer at the Communication Sciences undergraduate program at the Catholic University of Uruguay since 2016.

I consider myself creative, curious, a team player, and passionate about communication. I strongly believe that what we do is a fundamental part of many businesses’ success.

We enjoy working alongside our clients, becoming part of their team and thinking together. We don’t seek to impose ideas, but rather to bring our experience and adapt to their way of doing things. We strongly believe in building long-term relationships and providing genuine support so that objectives are achieved.
